Yin Yoga with Teodora

From disconnection to presence. Yoga happens beyond the mat. A therapeutic and playful immersion in Hatha and Yin Yoga with focus on gentle poses and breathing exercises.
No matter the age and the previous yoga experience, you need a safe space to experience your Self and find true connection in you and in others. Also, you might benefit from a different approach to yoga, one that is more focused on your own personal journey, listening more to your body and becoming aware of possible patterns. Finally, working actively with the breath becomes an incredible tool to explore for cultivating presence, compassion and regulating our nervous system. Each class is specifically designed around a Yoga concept, theme, a part of the body or a particular feeling, giving the chance to explore as many different aspects of Yoga as possible, in a therapeutic and playful way.
Join me on Thursday evenings at Stories of being, for mindful yoga flows, in which we will combine the Yin and Yang energy in a balanced 75 minute sequence, with a careful approach to breath awareness and correct alignment in the postures. See you on the mat :)
** A few yoga blocks and mats will be available, but we kindly ask you to bring your own mat if you have one
** Bring a friend with you and your second Yoga class is free!
** All levels welcome
** Class will be given in English, but additional info and indications can be offered also in Portuguese.
